Use of content
- All intellectual property rights inclusive of Logo ,domain names ,contents rights , trademarks, and others on TechVentur website (IPR Content) belongs to the company or license for use of the same has been obtained by the company.
Payment
Consultation charges (Fees)
- The customer is liable to pay TechVentur as per agreed outcome and defined agreed advance and further payment terms for the services stated on the website, and would also be responsible for all other related taxes and duties (GST, sales, use, property, local taxes) as may be applicable.
- TechVentur reserves the right to cancel access to the completed work or Report in case the full payment has not been received by TechVentur within the agreed duration.
Taxes:
- All fees paid to TechVentur are exclusive of all goods and services, sales, use or other taxes, customs, duties and similar levies. All the aforementioned payment payable in or to any jurisdiction or authority whatsoever shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Overdue Amounts:
- Overdue amounts at customer end shall bear interest calculated from the due date till the payment receiving date (by TechVentur). Interest at a rate of one and half percent (add it ) (1.5%) per month compounded monthly but within the maximum amount permitted by law would be levied on the same.
Collection Expenses:
- The client is required to reimburse TechVentur for the entire collection related expenses incurred by TechVentur, which shall include all attorney’s and service fees arising out of collections of overdue fees and taxes.
Cancellation and refund:
Once project is confirmed and after signing invoice with advance payment received from customer, cancellation of orders from customer side will not be accepted and advance payment will not be refund as per policy. Any concerns about the work or report should be address as early as possible to TechVentur.
Liability
- TechVentur is not liable for any errors from customer while using the contents of web site.
Governing Law
- Any claim relating to TechVentur web site shall be construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of India
